Orders placed by 1:00 PM (German time) from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (German time) on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

For Germany, there is a 98% chance of next-day delivery via DHL for orders placed by 1:00 PM (German time).

Delivery times vary by country. Especially during holidays or peak times such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be extended. As these delays are beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding if your package is delayed.

Customs and import fees may apply if your destination is outside of Germany. NOC. has no control over these charges, and they must be paid by the customer. Please note that the free shipping option for international orders (outside of Germany) does not guarantee door-to-door delivery for some destinations. The package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. The customer is fully responsible for tracking their shipment and picking it up if necessary. Fees will be incurred for unclaimed, returned packages due to failure to collect.

Deliveries are made to the address you provided at checkout. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address is complete and correct. Customers are fully responsible for tracking their orders at all times using the provided tracking number. We accept no responsibility for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. In the event of a lost product on its way back to us, we will do our best to trace the package. For redelivery, you must cover all return and shipping fees. If you request a refund for a return due to an invalid address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed orders, the fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that we will apply this policy regardless of any free shipping offers. We cannot offer free shipping a second time.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unused, in sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. The cost of return shipping must be borne by you, the customer.
